Barbara McIntyre is a Security 1 Lending Officer serving Central and the Space Coast of Florida and Certified Senior Advisor who has helped Boomers and Seniors in Brevard and surrounding counties since 2004. She works exclusively with the New HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) and also provides the HECM for Purchase Program (H4P) helping people 62 and older purchase a home using this product.
