Let’s get work on your Aging Plan to Get Your Ducks in a Row!

This month, we focus on your Medical and Wellness Checklist and have assembled an All-Star panel to help you get the best quality of life for you – and those around you!  Our panel includes Tami Leeburg, a board-certified Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of Practioners in Motion, a nurse practitioner owned and operated company that operates as a mobile primary care practice.  Also on our panel is Jital Patel, OTR/L, CFPS, DRP, and owner of Coastal Occupational Therapy, a mobile outpatient therapy provider.  Rounding out our panel is Nancy Colwell, Licensed Health Insurance Agent, Humana/CarePlus.

Plan to join us for the FREE Helping Seniors “Let’s Get Your Ducks in a Row” Education Series seminar.  Snacks and Refreshments are provided at both locations and, for all who RSVP for our session at Buena Vida, we also provide a Take Home Lunch – provided by Chef Jillian Zebris, of Chefs for Seniors Melbourne, and an Information package.
