The Helping Seniors Advocacy Council inaugural session for 2017 is scheduled to begin promptly at 11am on Thursday February 16th. The meeting takes place from 11am-12nn at the Offices of the Courtney & Braswell Financial Group located at 4185 U.S. Highway 1 – Suite 101 – Rockledge FL 32955.
The all-volunteer council – which meets every other month – exists to complete three services:
(1) Senior Needs Survey 2017 – Develop and implement a Survey to assist Brevard County Florida Seniors in self-reporting greatest needs for Seniors in our area.
(2) County Aging Plan Development – Assist Brevard County in development and implementation of a County-Wide Aging Plan to coordinate resources for benefit for Seniors in our area.
(3) Advocacy & Volunteer Panel- To develop and promote Senior Volunteers to assist in various Community Services in our area.
