Joe Steckler, Helping Seniors Founder, was a great friend to all Seniors in Brevard, and so we are gathering together on “Joe Steckler Day” – as officially proclaimed by the City of Melbourne – to enjoy some holiday fun with great people who are all “Friends of Joe” and help us to keep the work of Helping Seniors going strong now into our 15th year!

Whether you are already a “Friend of Joe” Honor Roll member or just wanting to join in the Holiday fun, you are invited to our Friday before Christmas afternoon drop-in at Joe’s Senior Resource Center, in the Apollo Professional Tower, at 1344 S Apollo Blvd – 2nd Floor, in Melbourne FL!

There’ll be great snacking as only Chef Jillian Zebris, of Chefs for Seniors, can provide, as well as great holiday soundtrack and official “pinning” ceremony and photo opportunities for Friends of Joe Honor Roll Members!  In addition, tour the Senior Resource Center and see our progress and plans for 2026 as we continue to keep Joe’s vision alive to ensure that Seniors and their families have great resources to support them in their journey.

It won’t be the same without you – so please plan to drop in Friday, December 19th 2025 – we look forward to welcoming you!
