Meet your Brevard Healthcare Team / Learn about local Senior-Care Resources / Enjoy Fun, Games, Info and Refreshments.

Join us for this session with your friends from Omni Healthcare, CarePlus Health Plans, and the Helping Seniors “Senior Resource of Brevard.”

Agenda:

1100am – Check-In, Enjoy Holiday Snacks and a complimentary Hot Beverage at our Hot Chocolate Station and visit our Senior Resource Center Partner Tables for great information and resources to help you navigate Senior years well.

1115am – Special Presentation – “The Power of Positivity: When Life Gives us Lemons” – Educational Programming Presented by CarePlus Health Plans – Helping us learn how to stay mentally happy and health, despite life’s challenges – and especially during the Holiday season.

1210pm – Special Expert Panel – Join Helping Seniors Executive Director Kerry Fink as he hosted a select panel of providers at the Senior Resource Center of Brevard and learn about “Holiday Health Hints” that will make your Holidays (and your New Year!) enjoyable and successful in  as many areas as possible.

1230pm – Presentations Conclude and Door Prizes are announced.
