1100am – Check-In, Enjoy Healthy Snacks and a complimentary Hot or Cold Beverage and visit our Senior Resource Center Partner Tables for great information and resources to help you navigate Senior years well.
1115am – Special Presentation – Educational Program Presented by Kristine Quattrone, CarePlus Health Plans – Helping us learn how to stay happy and healthy as we add years!
1135am – Special Presentation – “Case & Care Management – What’s it to you?” – Sometimes it makes perfect to sense to have an expert advocate by your side as you navigate the complexities of good medical care! That is what Case & Care Management is all about and let’s use this time to learn from experts Danica Scuderi-Carluccio, of Advocates for the Aging, and Karen Wernlund, of Emerald Care Management. If you were to set of on safari in the wilds, you would want a good guide to ensure your safe passage – let’s talk about how a good guide can help ensure your best outcome and decision making as you chart your medical course.
1155am – We take a “Healthy Break!” Let’s take a few minutes to enjoy some Healthy Snacks and a complimentary Hot or Cold Beverage.
1210pm – Special Interactive Session – Panel Discussion with Danica Scuderi-Carluccio, of Advocates for the Aging, and Karen Wernlund, of Emerald Care Management – a great moment to ask questions and learn how the experts make decisions in complicated situations.
1230pm – Presentations Conclude and Door Prizes are announced.
