Space Coast Health Foundation in collaboration with several community partners is proud to offer FREE Dental Extractions
for Uninsured Adults based on screening results. Patients will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

When: Saturday, February 17, 2018 – 8:00 am (doors open at 7:00 am) . LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE .

Where: Eastern Florida State College: 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, 32922. Follow Directional Signs

Who: Uninsured Adults, 18 and over only

Services provided: Extractions; Screening; X-ray; Oral health education. Notice: No cleanings, dentures, dental implants, root canals or crowns; No extractions of unexposed wisdom teeth; No child care; No narcotics will be dispensed; No prescriptions will be given. Bring a list of your medications
