Space Coast Health Foundation in collaboration with several community partners is proud to offer FREE Dental Extractions for Uninsured Adults based on screening results. Patients will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis .
When: Saturday, April 8, 2017 10:00am
Where: Brevard Health Alliance – 7227 N. US HWY 1, Port St. John, FL
Who: Uninsured Adults, 18 and over only.
Bring a list of your medications
Services provided: Extractions; Screening; X-ray; Oral Health Education.
Notice: No cleanings, dentures, dental implants, root canals or crowns; No extractions of unexposed wisdom teeth; No child care; No narcotics will be dispensed; No prescriptions will be given
