Helping Seniors, the 501(c)(3) non-profit that operates Brevard County’s Senior Information Helpline, and that has helped more than 3000 families, free of charge, to date, celebrates with this amazing Fundraiser event at the American Muscle Car Museum on Sarno Road.
As you probably know, this museum is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, but owner Mark Pieloch has generously opened his doors to host the Grand Drawing event for the 2020 Helping Seniors Car Raffle.
SAFE is BEST and so, with our focus on SAFETY for SENIORS, and understanding all Covid-19 precautions, we have elected to make the Helping Seniors Car Raffle Grand Drawing event a virtual event so that folks from all over can safely participate and enjoy the fun and thrill of the American Muscle Car Museum and the Helping Seniors Car Raffle Grand Drawing via Facebook Live and YouTube Live Broadcast.
You are likely aware that the Governor’s current guidance does not yet permit gatherings of more than 50 people, and so our October 10, 2020 visit to the American Muscle Car Museum will be a virtual visit – broadcast on the Helping Seniors of Brevard website, the Helping Seniors Facebook page, and the Helping Seniors YouTube channel. We’re planning an amazing virtual tour of the Museum’s highlights during the broadcast – as well as many surprise guests – so mark your calendar for the October 10, 2020 Live Broadcast and Grand Drawing. Check back for the hours of broadcast and more information as the Grand Drawing date nears.
Rest assured, too, as a Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket holder, you will have an opportunity to enjoy visiting the American Muscle Car Museum in person as well. American Muscle Car Museum Owner Mark Pieloch has kindly offered to host up to 3 different dates when Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket holders can visit the museum, free of charge, with their Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket stub when Covid restrictions are SAFELY relaxed. Your Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket is also an “Admit One” to these special “raincheck” days for a pleasant outing to see this most amazing collection of automotive greatness. Meanwhile, our service, as a non-profit organization, is dedicated to operating the County’s Senior Information Helpline (now entering its 10th year of service) and providing outbound information services to Seniors in Brevard through print, TV, and Radio.
Our Senior Information Helpline (321-473-7770) has been, and remains, open during this time and we have implemented contingencies to ensure we are able to continue to provide support and information to Seniors and their families in our area.
In addition, our Radio and TV broadcasts continue as scheduled, as do our print and digital outbound information efforts. Our team is also providing a Helping Seniors Information update service via Social Media, every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, with information specifically designed to assist Brevard County residents during this Covid-19 time.
