About Chef Jliian
Being an Ohio native, Chef Jillian takes a midwest, farm to table approach to food. She relocated to Orlando to follow her passion for serving people in the hospitality industry.
Driven by her love of food, she attended Le Cordon Bleu and became a certified pastry chef. She worked at Disney’s EPCOT Food and Wine Festival where she was recognized for her hard work, leadership skills and health and safety compliance. She also worked as a Pastry Chef at a Disney hotel where her dessert was featured in a magazine!
With the birth of her son, she relocated to Melbourne where she worked as a Pastry chef at the Chart House.
She loves serving the senior community in the Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Indian Harbour Beach areas as a Chefs For Seniors franchise owner.
