Traci Graf, as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, uses her extensive “end of life” training as a Transplant Coordinator as well as her stellar teaching skills learned from working in multiple specialties to help Seniors achieve the highest quality of life possible. Traci will speak about the importance of “Staying Well” and offers a plethora of ideas and avenues to follow to do just.

Agenda:
1100am – Check-In, Enjoy Healthy Snacks and a complimentary Hot or Cold Beverage and visit our Senior Resource Center Partner Tables for great information and resources to help you navigate Senior years well.
1110am – Special Presentation – Special Presentation – Traci Graf, RN, draws on her incredibly vast background in all facets of Nursing, to share tips and concepts that will help us maximize our Wellness in Senior years.
1150am – We take a “Healthy Break!” Let’s take a few minutes to enjoy some Healthy Snacks and a complimentary Hot or Cold Beverage.
1200pm – Presentations Conclude and Door Prizes are announced.
