Chef Jillian Zebris, Chefs for Seniors, and fresh from her fabulous “Choose Your Flavor Adventure” tasting extravaganza, joins us to help us learn important steps towards the best possible Diet & Nutrition planning. When the Doctors say we should follow a particular meal plan for our best health, Chef Jillian has answers on how to make that fun and tasty so we can enjoy our best health – this month in the Helping Seniors Wellness series!

Agenda:
1100am – Check-In, Enjoy Healthy Snacks and a complimentary Hot or Cold Beverage and visit our Senior Resource Center Partner Tables for great information and resources to help you navigate Senior years well.
1110am – Special Presentation – “Diet/Nutrition – Fun & Tasty!” – When the Doctors say we should follow a particular meal plan for our best health, Chef Jillian has answers on how to make that fun and tasty so we can enjoy our best health
1150am – We take a “Healthy Break!” Let’s take a few minutes to enjoy some Healthy Snacks and a complimentary Hot or Cold Beverage.
1200pm – Presentations Conclude and Door Prizes are announced.
