Rick Wiedenhoeft, Investor Realtor, with Great Estates Group of Keller Williams Brevard is noted for saying “you could swing a dead cat and hit a realtor in our county” – but there are those realtors who are really in that Top 1% of business makers.  Rick present on how to market better – and stand out in your field through excellence in service and in marketing.

Rick, a seasoned real estate professional, investor, husband, and father, embarked on his real estate journey in 2002, dedicating himself full-time to the industry. His initial 12 years were spent in St. Louis, MO, followed by a transition to Melbourne, FL. Recognizing the unique needs of senior citizens, Rick acquired his Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation to offer reliable guidance to this often overlooked demographic. Throughout his career, Rick has facilitated the sale of hundreds of homes across various market segments.

His expertise and leadership skills were acknowledged when he was chosen to lead the Keller Williams office in Brevard County in 2015. Under his stewardship, the office expanded from 36 to 250 agents, soaring from the last rank to the fifth in the South Florida region. In late 2021, Rick decided to return to the sales arena, focusing on growing his family’s investment portfolio and assisting families and investors in buying and selling personal and investment properties.  For 2023, Rick aims to support 24 families with their real estate ventures and assist 10 investors in expanding their portfolios.
