Helping Seniors Car Raffle Grand Drawing Important Information:
When is the Grand Drawing? The Grand Drawing will take place at the American Muscle Car Museum, 3500 Sarno Road, Melbourne FL, on Sunday, October 27th, 2024 at 2:30 pm Eastern Time. Your Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket is your “Admit One” to the Grand Drawing event although you do not have to be present to win. Helping Seniors plans to broadcast the drawing as a Facebook Live event on the Helping Seniors Facebook page at FaceBook.com/HelpingSeniorsBrevard.
When will the Last Ticket be Sold? The last ticket in the 2024 Helping Seniors Car Raffle will be sold on location at the American Muscle Car Museum at 2:25 pm Eastern Time. The last ticket sold online, at HelpingSeniorsCarRaffle.com, in the 2024 Helping Seniors Car Raffle will be sold at 2:00 pm Eastern Time. The last ticket sold via mail order will be collected at Postal Collection time at the Helping Seniors of Brevard P.O. Box at Satellite Beach Florida, on Saturday, October 26th, 2024.
What are other Ticket Sales Ending Times? Tickets may be purchased at all Helping Seniors partner locations through the close of business on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024. For a list of Helping Seniors partner locations, please visit Where to Get Tickets.
Will I receive my tickets in the mail? Tickets ordered online on or before Monday, October 21st, at HelpingSeniorsCarRaffle.com or via our Helping Seniors Information line at 321-473-7770, will be mailed to the address provided. All tickets ordered following will be available at Will-Call at the American Muscle Car Museum. If you don’t receive your tickets in time, no worries, we have a list of ticket holders at Museum Check-in.
I didn’t receive my tickets! What do I do? If you did not receive your tickets in the mail prior to the Grand Drawing, we have a list of ticket holders at Museum Check-in. Please bring whatever information you do have and your ID and our Welcome team will assist you with Admission.
Are tickets available at the Door? Yes! Helping Seniors Car Raffle tickets are available at the door. We suggest getting tickets in advance – please visit Where to Get Tickets – and save time in line. You can purchase additional tickets to increase your chance of winning inside the museum as well.

Each Helping Seniors Car Raffle Ticket offers you three benefits: (1) A chance to win one of the beautiful new 2024 cars in the Helping Seniors Car Raffle; (2) An “Admit One” to the Helping Seniors Grand Drawing event on Sunday October 27th, 2024; and (3) your contribution to the work of Helping Seniors of Brevard.

Meanwhile, our service as a non-profit organization is dedicated to operating the County’s Senior Information Helpline (now in our 13th year of service) and providing information and education services to Seniors in Brevard through Print, TV, and Radio. Our Senior Information Helpline (321-473-7770) is open to provide support and information to Seniors and their families in our area. In addition, our Radio and TV broadcasts offer, as well as our print and digital outbound information efforts, are focused on helping Seniors. Our team also provides a Helping Seniors Information update service via Social Media, with information specifically designed to assist Brevard County residents.

When/Where/What is the “Helping Seniors Grand Drawing” Event?
The Helping Seniors Car Raffle Grand Drawing takes place at the American Muscle Car Museum at 3500 Sarno Road, Melbourne Florida. The Grand Drawing event happens Sunday, October 27th, 2024, 1:00pm – 4:00pm at the Museum with the Grand Drawing happening 2:30 pm, Eastern Time. Those holding paid Helping Seniors Car Raffle tickets are invited to attend the Grand Drawing event, which includes admission to the Museum that evening, although it is not necessary to be present to win. Is there a separate ticket for the event and/or How do I get tickets “Helping Seniors Grand Drawing” Event?
Your paid Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket is your “Admit One” ticket to the Helping Seniors Grand Drawing Event. No additional ticket is required for admission to the event, although each guest accompanying you is required to have their own Car Raffle ticket. Each person coming with you to the event should have at least one paid Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket per person. The tickets may be held in someone else’s name – i.e., you bought 5 tickets for you and 4 guests, although all are listed under your name, so we are delighted to welcome you and your 4 guests to the event. Please ensure that you and your guests arrive at check-in together for speediest admission.
What is included with my Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket “Admit One” at the American Muscle Car Museum?
Your 2024 Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket is your “Admit One” to the “Sunday at the Museum” Grand Drawing event from 1 pm – 4 pm on that Sunday, October 27th, although you do not have to be present to win. Your ticket includes access to the Front Showroom at the American Muscle Car Museum and to all outdoor exhibits as well as complimentary soda/bottled water and cookies (while supplies last). (Please note: 2 tickets are required per adult for Entry to the American Muscle Car Museum Main Collection in the Rear Showroom. Additional tickets will be available on-site on the day of the Grand Drawing event.)
Do Children need to have their own Helping Seniors Car Raffle ticket to attend the “Sunday at the Museum” Grand Drawing event?
We are planning for a fun and family-friendly afternoon at the American Muscle Car Museum, and so this year, child admission (ages 3-9) is included free with each Car Raffle ticket holding adult (limit 2 children per adult).
How do I get “Helping Seniors Car Raffle” tickets?
You may order online at HelpingSeniorsCarRaffle.com, by calling 321-473-7770, or visiting the Helping Seniors “Joe’s Senior Resource Center” at 1344 S Apollo Blvd – 2nd Floor – Melbourne FL 32901.
You can also get tickets at any of the Boniface-Hiers Dealerships including Boniface Hiers Chevrolet, at 800 S Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL, Boniface Hiers Mazda, at 625 E. Each ticket is $25 or 5 tickets for $100 donation. Each ticket provides 1 entry to the Helping Seniors Car Raffle Drawing, an “Admit One” to the Helping Seniors Grand Drawing event, and a contribution to the work of the Helping Seniors nonprofit.
If I order online or by phone, how did I receive my “Helping Seniors Car Raffle” tickets?
If you order tickets before 500pm (Eastern Time) Monday, October 21st, your tickets will be mailed to the address you provided. As you arrive at the Museum, look for the “I Have My Tickets” check-in station for speediest admission. Please be sure to bring your identification and, while not required, having your ticket stubs handy will also speed admission to the museum.
If you order tickets after 500pm (Eastern Time) Monday, October 21st, and up to 200pm (Eastern Time) the day of the Grand Drawing Event, your tickets will be available at “Will Call” table at the American Muscle Car Museum. Please be sure to bring your identification to the “Will Call” check-in station for speediest admission.
I did pay for my tickets – but I have not received them in the mail?
No worries! We have a list of everyone who has paid for tickets on-site. Bring your identification and anything that you have that confirms your purchase and we will be happy to assist you as you arrive at the American Muscle Car Museum.
Can I buy “Helping Seniors Car Raffle” tickets on-site at the American Muscle Car Museum?
Yes – on the day of the event only – Helping Seniors Car Raffle tickets will be available at “Purchase Tickets” tables both outside and inside at the American Muscle Car Museum. Because of anticipated attendance that evening, it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance conveniently online at HelpingSeniorsCarRaffle.com.
What is the Dress Code?
This is a casual event – we want you to relax and enjoy your visit! Plan for a fun indoor/outdoor Sunday afternoon of fun and leisure. See you there!
Do I have to be Present to win?
You do not have to be present to win – but why miss all the fun? If you absolutely, positively can not make it, we do anticipate being able to provide a Facebook Live broadcast of the winning ticket pull and invite you to follow Helping Seniors at our Facebook.com/HelpingSeniorsBrevard page.
What is latest on COVID-19 the “Helping Seniors Grand Drawing” Event?
Just like you, we’re learning to live in the world where Covid safety precautions are part of the routine. We’ll be monitoring all guidance from the CDC and ensuring that work to ensure our event meets the then-current guidance to best focus on keeping our Seniors safe.
